ArriveCan screwed up a trip for a scout troop. Even though the leaders filled it in correctly, they didn’t get QR codes for the whole group. They couldn’t access WiFi at the airport in Europe. They spoke EN & had smartphones. Can Gov now understand why this app sucks?
