Early this morning we planted a huge Irish oak in the church space at the top of Marine Road. The tree is 9m tall and weighs 3.5 tonnes. It is a new focal point in the centre of the town, it will continue to grow and spread. A legacy tree.

We're delighted to announce that Seapoint & Killiney Beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag status for 2021, keeping it at Seapoint for yet another year! The Blue Flag will fly from 01/06/21 at both beaches.
Parking illegally can be very dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists, and it can also cause major issues for emergency services. Please consider others when parking, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Safe & effective separation between vehicles & cyclists in cycle lane design is critical. It provides protection for cyclists & prevents vehicle encroachment. Most significant factor to enable less confident cyclists, especially children, to cycle safely on our roads.
