Banning tech doesn't really work. Create a regulatory framework instead that will constantly monitor and prevent illegal activities.. and enable law enforcement agencies to better understand these new technologies n insights.

Very interesting data point from the @TCS annual report.. overall %age of women in the workforce has upped from 33.8% in FY2016 to 36.5% in FY2021. #TCS now employs over 170K women! And,1850 patents granted -contributed by 2837 inventors.. 21.4% were women! #NewNormal
