November was our highest revenue month ever and our most efficient channels were: • YouTube influencer • Native email buys • Linear TV Definitely not a coincidence that these are all less auction-based and much easier to control costs.

I think the future of DTC brands is revenue diversification. Owned products, dropshipping products, NFTs, affiliate revenue, ad revenue. The brands with the strongest DTC channels will have multiple revenue streams from it.

One way we’re thinking about scaling before BFCM: • Our 28 day ROAS is typically 40% higher than our 1 day click. • Last year, that difference increased to 90% leading into BFCM. In short, we spend more now to make more money later.
