This is me & this is what I do here is my Last back squat day OSG pataskala. I have been battling back from injury & haven’t squatted over 375 in about a year until today. I missed 455 then I realIzed this moment is not one I can’t allow myself to give up on. I stayed wrapped 👊

End of December, I was standing perfectly still eating a garlic wing & started sweating. I was done. Jan 1st I was 297 lbs. As of today, I'm 221 lbs. I've been using dumbbell shred M-F. I also do lunges and cardio every day & eat healthy. I'm down 76 lbs in 139days
