@ChuckCallesto It's really hard to tell in the video, but it looks like the phases got crossed. Meaning there's 3 primary wires on the pole. Each one carrying a certain voltage (like 8kv). If they cross, it is 8kv x2 or 3 (if all cross) and it causes some major problems if a fuse don't blow.
