Three days ago we took our boy Flynn to the animal hospital as he wasn’t feeling well. Not long later we were sure we were going to lose him. Against all odds, he’s made an amazing recovery and is home with us. The road ahead is uncertain but we will cherish every day with him.

I couldn’t have loved this episode more. It was truly an honor to help bring Riley to life in Part I. Seeing @stormreid and @BellaRamsey absolutely embody Riley and Ellie in the Left Behind episode of the HBO series was incredibly surreal, pure joy and sorrow. Loving the series.

@finnethew I really feel for people trying to get in. I got super lucky with my first game art internship.Seems it’s rare for studios to offer internships or hire juniors, but I feel it’s super healthy for both studios and the industry. Wouldn’t be where I am without that first opportunity.

Most people don’t get their dream projects/jobs right away, I definitely didn’t. I wouldn’t be the artist and professional that I am today without those first opportunities even if they weren’t where I wanted to be at the time. Everything is a learning experience.

@calenquest No excuse for this behavior, I’m sorry you had this experience. Most game devs I know and have spoken to as a student were kind and responsive, some just didn’t reply, but I hope you keep trying because it’s worth it.
