What will the now denuded HR1044 do? Here are the new wait times (at a minimum), effective immediately: EB1 – 3 years EB2- 16 years EB3 -4 years Within a decade wait times will extend to: EB1 – 7 years EB2- 37 years EB3 - 11 years Lofgren took OUT the "No-Harm" provisions.

#GOH #DV2021 #Gomez #Aker #DV2021 . We have notified Judge Mehta that all counsel in Gomez case would like a faster hearing/earlier decision than the one he proposed to join together on July 13, 2021 with the Goh case. Now we wait. Again.
