. We will be filing later today a response to the government's letter and seeking an order that all DV2021 plaintiffs be accorded priority treatment in the court's order on the preliminary injunction, something we have consistently done throughout this litigation.

Its all plaintiffs, but a judge cannot order an NIE exception. And we have never challenged the Schengen bans. That is a loser suit.
