This stupid cop De La Cruz tells me he should have given me a ticket for riding a scooter without a helmet. He claimed “by law your supposed to wear a helmet.” He does NOT know the law. Section 21235 only requires a helmet if you are UNDER 18.

ICYMI, earlier today two cops in Highland Park cited a guy for allegedly spitting on the street. As @FilmThePoliceLA and @PplsCityCouncil discovered there is no law against that in LA. When I first interviewed William he told me cops don’t know the laws. He keeps being right.

I just got detained and cited for… “spitting on the side walk.” They even blocked traffic for this citation. Combined, these 2 cops make more than a whopping $508,000. More than half a million dollars spent for a couple neighborhood bullies.
