@AlecStapp Arizona chip plant was terrible idea. Water is key need. Also the Taiwan plant had hiring problems but moreover they expected workers in US to work same hours and style as in Taiwan. Most ribbon cuttings in chips are were jockeying for dollars and not real to begin with.
