They were meticulous about reference. Martial artists came to the campus to record reference video for the four bending styles: Waterbending- Tai Chi Earthbending- Hung Gar Firebending- Northern Shaolin Airbending- Bagua They flew to Asia to do an architectural survey.

As with most creative projects, a bible is created to ensure that anyone onboarding to the project would be able to follow the same rules and not deviate from even small details. The creators actually flew to Korea and embedded with the outsource studio to train them personally.

Bending is at the heart of the series, it's the core of the world building. To see Kamehameha-style blasts without the proper movements immediately stands out to me. Characters in the animation always needed a buildup of momentum the larger their bending was.

Sorry but this is just a bad take. I think we’ve all had enough of one-dimensional angry men. Anger stems from deeper emotions—hurt, betrayal, sadness, etc. A simple character never evolves beyond anger, but Kratos is deeper than that, and stronger as a result.

Imagine how low the friction is for bringing something like this into a meeting. “Put these glasses on, look here.” There’s no question that VR/AR are the computing platforms of the future, but our biggest hurdle is getting people INTO the tech. This is digestible and practical.

Hey gaming/VR industry- the ongoing murders of Black people in our country isn’t a selling point for the “stress relief” your game provides. On a wholly separate note, if you are releasing a game where players act as the police and are shooting POC in the streets...just leave.
