3” of rain a couple days ago washed a lot of our track material towards the wall. (Due to the grade being sloped for drainage). Flipped our nail drag upside down and offset the hook on the chain to pull the material back to the grass edge.

We got after it on Olsen the last Coring at 2” spacing, verticut x2, resod 2B and SS spots, overseed with perennial rye, water all week then put grow blankets on our highest traffic areas to hold in moisture and help germinate seed. Topdress and 1st cut yesterday! Grow baby grow!

Very happy with how our @DIRTGottaLoveIt infield played this weekend. Dirt picture was yesterday after a 3 hour game, 72°, full sun and 10-12 mph winds all day long and 2 mid game drags. Rolled Friday morning after a nail, float and drag.

@AggieBaseball took the series from S. Carolina in an insane 4.5 hour game today via walkoff bomb. Very pleased with how the @DIRTGottaLoveIt infield played. I’ll put it up there with other competitors. 95° and very intense sun today. Back at it tomorrow for game 3. Gigs!! 👍🏽

Exact reason we prefer not to do maroon endzones. Also the reason for white logos. Paint kills and prevents grass from growing the way it needs to and the darker it is the worse it is for the grass. Yes it looks good but damages the playing surface and hinders plant growth.

How about we do away with synthetic fields and lower the possibilities of injury across the board. Even with a different cleat it won’t be as safe as a natural playing surface. Even if a clear releases on a synthetic surface, there is almost no give/compression of the surface
