Great question. Pranav - UrbanClap is one of the few companies in the gig economy which gives it's partners the choice to accept or reject every booking we send them. Partners have complete flexibility, and if they get tired, they needn't work further. They are their own masters!

Delhi & Central Govt should set up a fund where citizens can contribute to Happy Seeder purchases for farmers. Delhi has 30M people. If the top 20% contribute ₹1500 (we spend far more on purifiers etc.), we can fund 100k machines each year. Many of us will contribute a lot more.

In farmer trainings, @ArtofLiving promotes Happy Seeder, a machine that cuts & lifts rice straw,sows wheat into the soil & deposits straw on it as mulch. It eliminates #stubbleburning & reduces water usage. Farmers say yield has gone up by 1.5 to 2 quintal/acre. @nstomar @PMOIndia

@urbancompany_UC 's ESOP program scores an outstanding rating in 14/18 parameters, & a good rating in the rest As a startup grows, keeping 15% of the fully diluted cap table as ESOPs might be hard. An alternate is to align the board that 1-2% will be added each year to the pool.

Finally, to anyone reading this and thinking about joining a startup, my advice would be to go long on ESOPs, and understand the underlying terms of the ESOP programme. Equity in your employer is the best way to have skin in the game & create wealth for yourself in the long run.

Had a fantastic @urbancompany_UC partner come and repair our dryer today. He took care of all the necessary safety precautions including wearing gloves, a new mask, eye west etc. Repaired the broken dryer we had been struggling with in no time, and also sanitized all the spaces!
