I’ve seen videos of a parking enforcement officer being attacked by thugs in #Birmingham . This horrendous attack will not be tolerated. I hope @WMPolice arrest & charge all the culprits. I have asked senior @BhamCityCouncil officers to ensure the victim is fully supported
