This morning at Bromley magistrates court, our lawyer Darren Rogers @chilternlaw2013 won an Exceptional Hardship hearing on behalf of a member who had accrued 12 penalty points. The court allowed him to keep his driving licence. We are preparing to defend him at a TfL hearing.

Wandsworth were introducing banned left turns, Monday to Friday 7am-10am except buses & cycles into Putney Heath Lane from Putney Hill & from Putney Heath Lane into Rusholme Road. Today they confirmed taxis will also be exempt & included on signage when it goes live on 26 April
