📢 Steam PSA 📢 Steam supports 39 different currencies globally. Not having pricing entered for all local currencies prevents users from buying your game. For example, if your game doesn’t have a price for Japanese Yen, then users located in Japan won’t’ be able to purchase it.

We've released an update for steamcmd which should significantly improve the upload performance for SteamPipe content builds. Performance should improve somewhat for all uploads, but the biggest change is an increase in the maximum possible upload speed!

Double-check this if your game has been out for a few years, as Steam may have launched a new local currency since the last time you entered your pricing. If you haven’t updated pricing to include all 39 local currencies, users in some countries won’t be able to buy your game.

Playtests are delivered in a separate appID, which won’t interfere with your main game’s wishlists, playtime, or user reviews. They also have their own community hub, to host Playtest specific events & announcements. There's also a handy tutorial video:
