My Friends, My father, hero, and the greatest home teacher I’ve ever known... Kent Randall Linton... passed away this morning at home in Clinton, Utah. He battled cancer courageously and can now rest. 💙 I’m certain the reunion with his parents and family members is sweet.

My dad served a 2-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the “Great Lakes Mission” (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana) in the 1960’s. I’m in his mission area on the day he finished his mission in this life. I feel connected to him on the banks of Lake Erie. 💙

I sat in a mission conference in Busan, Korea in June, 2001 as Pres. @EyringHB promised us that a temple would be built in Busan someday. It seemed almost unbelievable in that moment. Today his prophetic promise rings true. I’m overwhelmed with joy. So happy for my 부산 friends.

It is an absolute FAILURE & JOKE by the @NCAASoftball Tournament committee to leave BYU out…& their “RPI justification” needs to die a thousand deaths in ALL sports. BYU = 42-10 (best record in school history), WCC co-champs, won 17 straight to close the season, & are left out.
