just took one giant leap forwards thanks to
@Boeing
.
This generous gift, paired with your incredible grassroots support, brings us past $1.1 million. Help us as we soar to $1.5 million and beyond to Save Space Camp!

Today we launched to Save Space Camp. In the first 10 hours, we've raised more than $247,000. You have blown us away with your generous support, but we still have a long way to go. Together, we know we can save Space Camp and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
#SaveSpaceCamp
Today we remember Christa McAuliffe, who would have turned 70.
McAuliffe was an American teacher astronaut. She would have been the first teacher in space on STS-51-L, but died in the Challenger accident. In 2004, she was awarded the Congressional Space Medal of Honor.
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center will begin lighting the vertical Saturn V replica tonight to mark the progress of the
#SaveSpaceCamp
fundraising campaign. Lights go on today at sunset to show the campaign has raised one-third of the minimum goal of $1.5 million in just two days.
You may know we need your help to
#SaveSpaceCamp
and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, but did you know that almost 1,000,000 students have been a part of Space Camp?
Please visit and help us reach mission accomplished.
Today, we are celebrating your commitment to
#SaveSpaceCamp
! In just seven days, you've helped raise $1.5 million to ensure that we will open Space Camp again in the Spring. Now let’s make sure it continues to thrive for generations to come.
Thank you to
@SAICinc
for investing in the next generation of astronauts, scientists and engineers.
Your contribution to help
#SaveSpaceCamp
will help inspire students everywhere to discover, learn and explore.
Thank you, supporters! Donors from all 50 states, Washington D.C., the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and 26 countries outside of the US and its territories have contributed to
#SaveSpaceCamp
. We are moving forward but have a long way to go. Please continue to donate and share.
Together, we met our initial goal of $1.5 million raised to
#SaveSpaceCamp
! This minimum amount raised will ensure that the Rocket Center will remain open to prepare for our Spring 2021 Space Camp season! Now let’s make sure it continues to thrive.
