We received a call today to attend a major incident in Glasgow. Our first resource arrived within five minutes and we transported six patients to hospital. Our thoughts are with those in hospital and their families and emergency service staff who attended this tragic incident.

Firefighter Barry Martin suffered serious injuries while responding to a serious and complex building fire in Edinburgh yesterday. Barry, 38, remains in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and is in a critical condition. Our thoughts are very much with Barry and his family at this time.

Tomorrow 9 SAS staff members will set off on the #WestHighlandWay to raise funds for @TeenageCancer who cared for their late colleague and friend, Meadhbh Cameron. They will be joined by Meadhbh's father, Shamus, who is flying over from Ireland.
