NHSEngland appears to be going backwards if their Cass Report does not hold in essentials like no affirmation. In Scotland, we are in limbo, so we have a real chance to come up with radical solutions that do not accept ideology, and that can not be fudged

17 yr-olds on the GIDS waiting list can now transfer to the Porterbrook Clinic waiting list. Instead of the exploratory approach advocated by Cass, they will get gender affirmation at the end of a phone with Gendered Intelligence. @NHSEngland outsourcing healthcare to activists.
