Story worth sharing… Abby was a 2:31.7 HS 800M runner. I didn’t travel her last year indoors because she wasn’t ready for this level. Today, she ran 2:14!!! Being coachable and being motivated go a LONG WAYS! Can’t wait to watch her continue to blossom over the years ahead! 🌊

Hot take on #NCAAXC tie breaker. I like the rule as is. They only score 5. What happens if a team only runs 5? You’d rather in that case award the team who’s 6th was 2nd to last place (random number) even though 5 on 5, the short handed squad was stronger? Just an example… 🤷‍♂️

What a great performance tonight by Tutters who ran a very smart race to finish 6th overall in a smokin fast MAC 10K (winner ran 33:35). She was the only freshman to podium. She doubles back on Saturday in the 5,000M. Wish her fast recovery and good luck! 🐾🐾🐾 #NIUTF #NIUXC

Competing “unattached” (redshirting) this weekend, Mackenzie Callahan matched her PR in the 3,000m Steeplechase! Though it will not be in the record books this year, it is the 2nd fastest time EVER ran for a Green Wave athlete at that distance. Great run Kenz! #RollWave 🌊💪

Freshman, Roman Schrader ROLLS a 1:54.20 in Boston over 800M! Roman’s HS outdoor PR was 1:58.70! Keep an eye on this young man, he just keeps getting faster by sizable amounts! Roman ran 4:35.7 in HS for 1,600m, but ran 4:24.6 to open the indoor season 2-weeks ago. #RollWave 🌊
