Eureka, I think I've cracked it! I have figured out how recoil in Rainbow Six Siege works and can now reliably recrate the exact same recoil patterns across every gun in the game. Here are tests I just ran with the SMG-11 and Mk17. Full video with all insights soon!

Since Nomad's launcher is mounted on the side of her guns, there is no reason for her not to have access to the vertical grip, right? Is it just because the AK74 has no bottom rail and it's to keep the two guns more balanced? Maybe Nomad could get grip attachments for both? 👉👈

Got blocked by the Ubi developer who I go to regarding HUD bugs because I tweeted out that they dont communicate between departments.🤷 ( Lead dev was dm'd regarding HUD bug 3 weeks ago, but HUD/UI guy was never informed ) Now I cant dm him about the 10 UI bugs I found. Unlucky

PSA in case anyone still considers G2A to be trustworthy. In 2017, I bought the one & only game ever off of G2A. In 2018, the game was deactivated on Steam because it had originally been purchased via fraudulent methods. G2A & fraud, name a better duo... 😑

Crunching some numbers right now... on the TS the TCSG can take up to 8 shots to DOWN (not kill!) a level 3 armour and then could take 2 more shots to secure the kill 😆 (full health, at long range, with limb strikes... but still 10 shots!!)

I was really shocked at how ugly the rework of Themepark looks. Empty, bleak, bright in a completely unnatural way... And then I realised that there are no dynamic shadows on the test server at all. Not on any of the maps and it makes a huge aesthetic difference. A bug I hope.

What if gaining ranked MMR would also raise your casual MMR but not the other way around? So when ranked stars go into quick match/unranked/events, they don't have to deal with low ranked players. And low ranked casual players don't have to play plats & diamonds all the time.

I used to think that a source of frustration in Siege is the forced downtime when you get killed... The new game mode has helped me realise that 1-H-K headshots are the real problem. No satisfaction for the shooter but dying instantly out of nowhere is just not a lot of fun.

The matchmaking in R6 unranked is actually appaling sometimes... one moment I'm playing Silvers and the next I'm up against a full sweat-stack of Diamonds. Literally had 3 guys quit the game the other day because a match was so imbalanced.

For the consumer, it's just one skin. But when creating these skins, each one has to be built individually to fit the mesh for each gun. So this is the worst of both worlds. Plenty of dev time going into building each asset but to us, it looks like it's just a copy/paste job.

So Theme Park is being removed completely for the next season before returning in reworked form. On the current TS, it's even been removed from T-hunt and we will only have the 20 other maps available. Interesting... although I still don't understand why this is happening.🤔
