I’ve seen bad falls, serious EMS hauls to the ER & been on shows where several crew died. Including Dave O’Brien (w/whom I worked one on one everyday for 2 years on Pretty Little Liars. Dave died on Stage 6 at Warner Bros) Nonetheless this is the worst/craziest screwup I’ve seen

My mom just called A 59 year old friend of hers was found dead. He was missing for several days. He died at home, alone & scared. His last words to his former employer were “I haven’t been myself since the shot. I think I’m dying” They think he died that night or the next day
