Whats crazy to me is that two full floors were dedicates towards amenities. About 90% leased, with another 300+ units (Phase II) on the way, which will connect to all Phase I amenities.

Not only does the building I live in stay close to 100% occupancy year round, it also achieves the highest rates in the area. Within walking distance of a grocery store, a park, restaurants, coffee shops, and transportation I have everything I need within a few hundred feet

What’s the best use for this old vault for our future food hall? Whiskey bar? Brewery? 1920’s Diner with seating inside the vault? Anyone have any cool ideas? Keep in mind this vendors total square footage will be around 650. 150 sf vault + 500 for kitchen or bar.
