There is palpable difference between the way Glanville treats the State and the defense. Compare: he tries to hurry Max Schardt along through his cross ex of Gaither + sustains baseless objections by Adrian but lets her direct Gaither for 4 days on bs like growing up in Chicago.

The time and cost of preserving it had to be justified so they somehow convinced the Judge it’s relevant to whether Cruz should get the death penalty. SMH. Is it even sanitary?
