It's just finally hit fully home! The grinding horror of the last 9 years is finally over!. Even if the ALP blows it again, and I don't think they will, Australian politics is changed forever. When we get annoyed enough to wake up, this is a great country! Stay awake Australia!

Cheating nature is good! 19th century graveyards are full of young people and children who didn't have the opportunity of 'cheating nature' by vaccination. Walk around one sometime and check the headstones.

I don't receive any payment for talking about vaccines, or any product, or from any company. How about you? Are you involved in distributing anti-vaccination propaganda? Are you intent on subverting the public health response? If so, what motivates you?

For those out there who are worried that minute quantities of spike protein from mRNA vaccines may damage them in some way, I can't find evidence to support that in any research paper or preprint I've seen, but could you refer me to anything you know of that I may have missed?

#Insiders Shared fates: the fact that we lock legitimate refugees up for years is disgusting and, as we vote to elect people who do this, a commentary on our national character. Unless you're an indigenous person, maybe reflect on how your family came to this country, and why.

We took this land by force. First Nation's people, 80% of them it seems, are asking for a Voice that will be heard. They aren't asking for a Treaty, or that they should be granted legislative power, just a Voice. The Voice beyond symbolism via @THEMONTHLY

Abbott also abolished the carbon tax. It is hard to think of an Australian politician who has done more damage to this country, or globally.

Iron ore around US$100 a tonne: If only we had a mining super profits tax - would be collection tens of billions of dollars exactly when it is needed. Mining companies would still be making a bucket of cash. Tony Abbott abolished that - classic policy vandalism

#4Corners Watch this program on Putin and understand why it is so dangerous to allow concealment, authoritarianism, corruption and a culture of deliberate lies to gain even a toehold in a democracy.

#TheDrum We have a Chief Medical Officer and talented people to support that office. We need a Chief Climate Scientist and talented people to support that office. But most of all, in government, we need smart, competent politicians who can lead and have a commitment to reality.

Why aren't these journalists questioning Dan Andrews aggressively re the 'bubble passengers' who arrived in Vic and WA directing this at the responsible federal minister and/or the head of Border force. No access? No answers? Nobody who takes responsibility?
