The works of @ohareyoufat do not try to pander to the viewer, nor do they conform to conventional aesthetic norms. They are loud and sometimes disturbing. They are simply not the normal PFP images as you have used them before. These are unique works of art, nothing pleasing. 13/

Why I'm writing this now: remember the meaning of Mnemosyne: memory. With Ordinal Protocol, something similar is possible to "remember on-chain" forever. Hopefully one day we will be able to continue Warburg's idea in a meaningful way. (7/9)

The Mnemosyne project was never completed and was not widely disseminated during his lifetime, but today it is regarded as seminal for art historical research and the connection of images and culture. It laid the basis for iconology, the study of images and their meanings. (6/9)
