Ive travelled alot this year and used taxi's everywhere ive been and had issues everywhere. Apart from LONDON! London has the best taxi service by far.

Got a cab home from W1 last night. The driver was an absolute credit to our trade, works his set hours never brooms a job no matter what it is. Imagine we all did this.

Seen no end of righteous posts of drivers saying all cabbies working Gett and FN are the same or too blame... absolutely NOT. Freenow and Gett Support the cab trade and have done for 12 years. Uber wanted to kill it. Now they wanna own it.

Seven years ago, I got my badge at blackfriars Rd , a great day with a packed room full of 30 new drivers and their families.... uber was really cheap then, but people wanted to be better... shame we can't get people anymore... lucky to be 3 people a week now.

I think app work is as important as street work. A lot of our customers are high net worth people and require D2D service, but i dont think we should pay to service them. They should pay to get us to their door ......

The biggest threat to our trade and your job isn't anything you read on here. , Uber , speed limits, roads , etc. It's our insurance underwriters absolutely hanging us out to dry. If you have a serious accident, you're bang in trouble. It's changed beyond recognition. BVC!

Another hammer blow from Levc The warranty extension on new cabs has increased to £1500 plus a claim excess of £250 thus putting a stealth increase into the cab.. will push up rents on new cabs .
