I can say one thing - spring interview culture is a different level. Even if you was not accepted - your practical task is your contribution to spring framework. You never waste your time. You learn alot from it! As well as interview process is so pleasant

To me, all the interview processes where folks are expecting X from candidate which is specialising on Y (and tell that in advance) is pure insane and disrespect of candidate time. Just wasted my time in such 🤯
