Today, the people of Ohio voted to restore their reproductive rights and reclaim their freedom to make their most personal decisions. They rejected the disinformation and fear and voted instead to ensure that every Ohioan will have access to the health care they need.
🎉 BREAKING: Ohioans defeat Issue 1!
Buckeye voters today sent a powerful message by rejecting a brazen effort by extremists in the state legislature to undermine citizen-initiated amendments.
If Issue 1 doesn’t pass in Ohio, abortion access will be banned — no exceptions — and women who miscarry could be denied emergency care.

The leading opponents of Issue 1 would force a 10-year-old rape victim to have their attackers child. Listen for yourself!

The Ballot Board didn't summarize, they made a full fabrication for political purposes. The people of Ohio deserve the right to see exactly what they are voting on, not a piece of political propaganda constructed by the anti-abortion Secretary of State Frank LaRose.
A split Ohio Ballot Board Thursday rejected using the full text of a proposed reproductive rights amendment on the November ballot, adopting instead summary language written by the Ohio Sec. of State’s Office criticized for being incomplete and inaccurate.

When voters see Issue 1 on their ballots this November, they should be allowed to read clear language that explains how the reproductive freedom amendment protects their rights. ⬇️

The people of Ohio put an amendment on the ballot this November to protect the right to abortion.
Then the Ohio GOP chose dishonest language like "unborn child" for the measure.
But now a group is filing a suit with the state Supreme Court to change this deceptive wording.
We’re with the majority of Ohioans.💙
We believe Ohioans should be able to make reproductive healthcare decisions with their families and doctors, not the government.
