PCR tests don't diagnose Covid, which is a disease. They detect SARS-CoV-2, with varying reliability. It is incorrect to describe a +ve test as a "case" in the absence of a clear clinical picture of Covid, the disease. Governments reporting cases on tests alone are misinforming.

They rely on what they call 'natural immunity', a term that's new to me. The idea is that having been infected with SARS-CoV-2, which may kill you or cause long term damage or Long COVID, will protect you from being infected again with SARS-CoV-2. The logic escapes me.
