Congratulations to the 1st XV on their superb performance this afternoon, winning 43-15.

Well done and good luck to the Class of 2018. Their exam results exceeded considerably their predicted grades and they are now set to embark on the next stage of their life. We wish them continued success in the future.
114 miles behind me. Feet shredded and ankles swollen so ice packs being applied tonight. Great support today from public, FPs (thanks to the Herdmans for pulling over), David Gallagher, my wife and my sticks (which I am now using all the time). Ready for the final two days.
MCB extends our deepest condolences to Her Majesty the Queen & her family. Many pupils have benefited directly from the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, and we can all learn something from His Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh’s example of devotion, duty and service to others.
In spite of coastal headwind and rain, I've made it to Ballygally. News of GCSE results has put more than an inch in my step and blocked the pain receptors in my feet. So proud of the 5th Form & staff on their achievements. We'll done.
A significant achievement in the College’s sporting history as our 1st XI Girls’ Hockey and 1st XV Rugby team win the Schools’ Cup double for the 5th time, the last won being in 1976.
Well done!

Methodist College is celebrating the largest single donation to the school in its 150 year history, after receiving a legacy of £13.5m from former pupil Richard Henry (Prescott) Kerr to support the life and work of the College.
