Too many people seem to think that "never again" means "wait until it gets at least exactly as bad before bothering to take any action to stop it"
@anyamrch
Love to see people with zero skin in the game ignore and talk over the very people they claim to advocate for. Everyone actually in Gaza wants a ceasefire, but a westerner in zero physical danger has decided no, actually
@samah_fadil
Hey, so here's a fun game.
Out of these two countries here, only one of them actually recognises Palestinian statehood. Can you guess which one it is?
@onyxusmarIdn
Guy who claims to be against the Ukrainian nazis while drawing Zelensky as the most antisemitic caricature you've seen since 1945, many such cases
@adhib
@burmgur
@Glinner
@ElizabethHaighx
It's not libel if it's literally true lmao. There's no judge on earth that wouldn't immediately throw out a libel case about this. Everything Graham and Posie have said is documented. There's nothing they can dispute.
@rynkrynk
Also they always go on about "russian speaking regions" as if the language someone speaks determines their loyalties. Zelensky himself is a native russian speaker. It's like claiming most of Ireland is "pro-British" solely because most people in Ireland speak English.
@harrovvmist
@Sigmund_Fellaud
A Ukrainian friend of mine literally said "NAFO is the only respectable international organisation who achieves tangible results"
@TimothyDSnyder
Russia escalates when it sees weakness and backs down when it sees strength. It's amazing how many western leaders, politicians and talking heads haven't learnt this simple lesson.
@AndresG84
@SamRamani2
It's extremely understandable that they criticise France, but "A was bad to me, so that means B must be good" is not good logic at all
@tac_pl
No, can non-Ukrainians stop saying this? Ukrainians don't want rid of Cyrillic. For Qazaq, Cyrillic is a colonial alphabet. For Ukrainian, Cyrillic was always part of its identity. Cyrillic wasn't made in russia, doesn't equal russian & belongs to Ukrainian as much as to russian.
@ArievanBlitter1
@NikaMelkozerova
They moved the prisoners to a totally separate building, and then the shells hit that building. Not a single prison staff member or guard was killed. What a coincidence!
@RaulMac15264222
@Ukraine
Wow, the artist gave him a really big nose, much bigger than his nose is in real life. I wonder if there's any reason they'd do that?
@Trollstoy88
>no HIMARS destroyed
>patriot scratched at worst
>leopard was repaired
>Nlaws/Javelins are single-use, designed to be used once and the tubes thrown away
>storm shadows are designed to fucking explode because they're missiles
>F16s aren't even close to seeing the front yet
Lmao
@medeabenjamin
Do you think nobody spent the last eight goddamn years trying diplomacy? Do you think russia will honour a ceasefire, or just use it to regroup and rearm before trying again? Exactly how much of your country would you be willing to award russia?
@Hikalyu
It piases me off how western armchair analysts basically treat Eastern Europe like a big game of risk, where America and russia are the only countries with agency. No other country is an actor, only acted on, and only there to be a battlefield with no regard for people's lives.
@TomaTomTommy
The other day, they launched 28 drones at the city and only 5 reached the city. Each one is a tragedy, but that's still an 82% success rate. The air defence is doing some amazing work.
@JoeKassabian
I always think it's wild that she NEVER had to be like this. She could have lived a nice quiet life tweeting about HP occasionally as the nice lady who wrote the wizard books. Instead she really just woke up one day and decided to become the face of a hate movement
@WarMonitors
...No? Military vehicles are quite regularly repainted for different operating theatres, or even just because a fresh coat of paint is good. They don't just get painted once at the factory and then never again lmao
@PaulConRO
Austria's full of vatniks, it's been compromised by russia for years. A definite weak link in Europe, it's basically Hungary but a bit more under the radar.
@WheatPM
This guy was helped out of Afghanistan by the kind, risky help of his guide, and he proceeded to post the guide's name all over the Internet for the taliban to find
@FedPenguin1488
A man ate some suspicious Chinese rations for lunch. This is what happened to his YouTube channel
Steve is a 33 year old man presenting to the emergency room with nauseau, vomiting, stomach pain and an uncontrollable urge to praise Xi Jinping
@auto_glam
It says a lot about who these guys are that despite their obvious & justified anger towards the russian guy they're still helping him,trying to get him out & keep him alive. Throughout this war it's been abundantly clear how much more Ukrainians value human life than russians do.
@Trollstoy88
Russia has absolutely no animal welfare laws. When I lived there, they had a bear in a cage in Yaroslavl. It was a small, bare concrete cage, with a bored, distressed bear pacing back & forth all day. It's a country that doesn't respect human life, why would it respect animals?
@GrowlingAim9
The difference in the SU57 and F35 production lines is fascinating and really shows why there's so few SU57s in existence, they're practically handmade
@InosukeSupremcy
@CommonTransWs
Notch is, but he basically screwed the rest of the team over and abandoned them years ago. He's had nothing to do with Minecraft for years.
@offendosaurusR
They always say this like NAFO hasn't raised $100+k so far. Plus Ukraine only takes people with experience. They don't need COD LARPers eating all the rations, magdumping rounds & wasting medics' time, they need soldiers. If you're not trained, you're helping more by not going.
@WarMonitors
They don't, actually. They're built to vent fire and explosions away from the crew compartments. When Abrams have been destroyed before, the crew generally survived, as opposed to russian tanks launching their turrets into space.
@julia_kanin
The anti-iraq war protests were one of the largest protest movements in history. Just because you were fine with it doesn't mean everyone was.
@Rob_W75
@uyarakq
The entire focus on seal clubbing is a racist demonisation campaign to distract from the real perpetrators of environmental issues. Indigenous people have hunted this way sustainably for millenia. Moreover, try growing a lettuce in the Arctic tundra and see how that works out.
@Trollstoy88
@ConstellisBRD
How many agreed to jointly invade and annex other countries together with the nazis? How many held joint military parades with them? How many sent letters congratulating them for occupying france? How many gave thousands of Jewish refugees to the nazis as a "gesture of goodwill"?
@CultOfHoodies
A man asked a wise monk "are big titties or small titties best?"
The monk held out his hands. In one, he held a $10 bill. In the other, he held a jar with $10 in coins.
"Which one is bigger?" he asked
"The coins, of course" said the man
"But which has a greater value?"
@tnleeuw
@christogrozev
Well yeah, they're commandeering anything on wheels because they don't have enough trucks of their own. They did the same when fleeing Kharkiv oblast.
@jkass99
I saw it and I feel sick, angry and helpless. The EU can't claim to stand for democracy or human rights if they call Azerbaijan an ally and keep funding their terror.
