Today is the last day with Professor Doug Higgs as our director. Tremendous thanks to Doug for his many years of excellent and inspirational leadership.
It is with great sadness that we learnt of the death of Sir David Weatherall this weekend. Our institute, which he founded, is just one part of his enormous legacy encompassing his unique approach to medicine, science and mentoring. He will be fondly remembered.
