Amazon competing with third party sellers is why most of our customers are not selling on Amazon but have their own website. Shopify (great q2) enables that well. What’s missing is still Prime like shipping quality. That’s the opportunity that I’m exciting about!

WFH schedule adjustments for sanity - no calls before 8am - scheduled lunch break at 12pm that allows for cooking (no catering at home!) - 15mins break between each call, otherwise just sitting all day - scheduled 1.5hr exercise break in the late afternoon
