Tired to say it, if you want to lose weight, drinking fruit smoothies every day, or going on a fruit diet is not it. Unless your smoothies contain only berries which are low carb. Fruits have SUGAR. Most times when u make a smoothie, u consume more that you would actually eat.

If you have an exposure to a Covid-19 positive person, getting a negative result up to 4 days after exposure DOES NOT mean you cannot become positive. You will need to have a repeat swab after the initial swab, while still in quarantine. We must be mindful of incubation periods!
