Most consumers are laggards and don’t know where to buy it. The retailers don’t know where to liquidate it. It’s a clunky UX

By shutting down legal access to cannabis in Denver County until mid-April consumers will be forced to buy from the black market. At least allow for curbside pickup like alcohol @MayorHancock . This is necessary for the health and safety of our community.
