@garyblack00 Elon has said many times that his goal is NOT to drive the competition out of business. The goal is to transition the car industry to BEV as fast as possible. Honestly, I could see Elon licensing TESLA FSD and other technologies to any OEM’s for free.

The Judge rescinded the deal and put the parties back into the position they were in, in 2018. The whole stock grant value back then was approximately $2.6B. That’s the starting point for value.
