Interestingly though, the beautiful Casey Camp-Horinek who played Gran Gran IS wearing a lacefront. But it is under customized and the lace isn't HD. The knots were large, unbleached and visible on camera, and the hairline wasn't plucked or thinned along the sides.

For her’s, it looks like someone took care to purchase a very very nice commercial human hair salt and pepper lace front wig from a regular retailer. Then removed lace all the way up to the hairline, carefully installed it, straight from the box, then styled it.
