I read a post on the local askamloops Facebook page ,a 6yo boy lost a 50.00 bill his grandad gave him for Christmas at Walmart.I did see people offering to help replace the money. Fast forward today the young gentleman went to the food bank and gave them 100.00 #christmasstory

In my 45 years of listening to emergency comms and aircraft I have never heard 2 may days within a few weeks first was trapped fire fighters on Carson Cres and then today , it was surreal listening to the other plane call the mayday and call to the tower

So if I heard this right google maps showed the #Coquihalla was closed. This was because of the large amount of traffic slowed at Larson hill. Apparently google suggested a detour that led to a washed out forest service road and 200 cars followed the instructions. 1/2
