Deborah Needham has been appointed as Hospital Chief Executive for Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Debbie has provided leadership to NGH for nearly six months now as interim Hospital CEO.

Today we took delivery of a very special memorial stone. This will act as a permanent reminder of the impact Covid has had on our hospital and community.
Thank you to Michael, Julien and Will who installed the stone. We will hold a small blessing ceremony in a few weeks time.
27 years ago. This amazing woman got me into nursing! She literally dragged me to the school of nursing and I’ve never looked back since, love my job, love the NHS. Love you Mum.
