2015-2018 I slowly lost confidence in myself because of some bad decisions, 2019 and 2020 brought me a RAPID decline in confidence and things got much, much worse. 2021 was a year of recovery. 2022...is the most confident I've been in a decade. Believe in yourself.

2020. The first picture is just days before I went to the hospital. The second is a couple weeks after I got back. Everyone said I "looked good" in that first picture. But they couldn't see my ribcage below the crop. Anyone can look happy and healthy if it's framed just right.
