After playing Tears of the Kingdom for 40+ hours, I'm close to starting the story haha. I've done about 40 shrines, found 300 Korok Seeds and have done a few side quests, but I'm having so much fun exploring Breath of the Wild Hyrule again story progress isn't a priority!
