Oh no, I still get that sometimes. I’m just compassionate with myself through those feelings. I also work really hard at uplifting myself when imposter syndrome creeps in. I actually have a wall in my apartment dedicated to my achievements to help me tackle my imposter syndrome.

Just came back from watching 'For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy' & what a show it was. It is THE best theatre show I've gone to see. Actors were flawless, issues raised were done in a poignant way. I'll be thinking about this for a long time

I’m not sure how many of my followers are on a workout journey, but I wanted to say KEEP GOING. Take pride in building your endurance if nothing else. Today I did a HIIT workout and wasn’t keeling over in misery during/after. I feel great. That’s that persistence+consistency!
