One of my biggest takeaways from 2022 was the sheer volume of quality teams moving into Web3. Unfortunately, as @sparkcsays so eloquently put it, most have no clue how to build a Web3 community or structure their NFT/mint. I've added "Web3 native" to my team analysis checklist.
