Devastating floods have killed thousands in
#Libya
’s northeast. Survivors and teams on the ground share heartbreaking stories of the floods and the aftermath. Thousands of people have been displaced and need humanitarian support.
Mahmoud is a demining specialist.
In 2010, he lost a leg while clearing a minefield.
He recently got a new prosthetic leg from the rehabilitation center supported by ICRC.
A de-miner at heart, he works to create awareness about the risks of weapons contamination.
