@Hedgeye There is important nuance here. $MSTR has enough unencumbered $BTC on its balance sheet to "top off" the LTV test until the price of $BTC hits $10k. So the "real" margin call occurs BELOW $10k. The CFO's last sentence references that. That's the point when the loan is payable

It’s amazing how little attention is paid to the U.S. balance sheet and fiscal situation. If you are at ~130% federal debt to GDP, a 5% fall in GDP is way more meaningful than when you WERE at ~25%. Math is hard. GIRD your loins.

Pomp calling a margin call on $MSTR a conspiracy theory is a complete joke. Its a risk that needs to be identified and did not exist prior to the term loan, which was a completely unnecessary and asymmetric addition of risk. They put their whole stack at risk for an extra $200mm.
