Yesterday, we ran our first service from Shap to Ashton-in -Makerfield terminal as part of new-to-rail traffic being delivered by our refurbished Class 60 traction. Here freshly-painted 60095 stands as the first load is delivered to Hanson Aggregates’ newest railhead.

We recently moved two Robel Power-cars along with the Elizabeth Line infrastructure monitoring vehicle (IMV) from Plumstead to Tonbridge, to conduct infrastructure testing and gather data. The units successfully covered a few hundred miles faultlessly and without incident.
