I cannot explain this enough: Goyo's vector does NOT need an ACOG. At 1200 RPM, it can fire 25+1 bullets in 1.3s, and the recoil is light enough that even I can keep them relatively clustered. Giving it ACOG makes it unbelievably lethal at any range.
